Ricardo’s Flashback to Flashforward

WHAT TO EXPECT…WHEN YOU PUSH PLAY

Ricardo McRae returns to the 54Lights’ studios. Over the course of the conversation, Ricardo gives host Kondwani an update on his life post-pandemic including the life-affirming accident he was in. The two also delve deep into business, a "winning" mindset and wealth as well as the influence our lifestyles have on future generations. Underlying it all was a recognition that prioritizing people who matter is paramount.

Ricardo helps people learn how to ‘play the world of money’ and to make their money and investments work for them.·

Ricardo now takes the time to check in with the people that matter to him, even if that’s leaving a voicemail at 3pm on a normal Tuesday. You have to show people they matter to you.·

You have to set an example to the world of what you want to see. If you want peace then you need to demonstrate that yourself.·

Business and success aren’t simply about volume. Too many people try to fit too much in, Ricardo believes that if you slow it down you make fewer mistakes and offer a better service to your clients.·

Recognize your strengths and hire people/someone for things you aren’t great at.·

There’s a cost to anything you want or dream of, you have to try your dreams on to manifest them and make them tangible.·

When saving, the amount doesn’t matter, it’s about creating a habit.
